These birds are going out on a limb to say hello- won’t you invite them in? These sweet and nostalgic greetings remind me of a country fair. They are perfect to have on hand for birthdays, thank you’s or party invitations.

Inspired by both my love of birds, and my collections of vintage toys, these birds are hand carved from an original illustration of mine. They are then printed on natural white canvas textured card stock using my 1909 Chandler & Price letterpress. The border ornamentation and inside “hello” greeting are printed from handset type. Print is in happy red and blue on cream canvas textured paper. Red bird will come with a blue envelope, while the blue bird is packaged with a red envelope.
Cards are A2 size- 4.25″ x 5.5″ folded.
