This is a perfect card to let a sick friend know you are thinking of them. An original illustration of mine, along with an antique greeting inside which reads:
I’m sending you some blue birds to
stay right in your room
For happy little blue birds should
make you better soon,
I’ve told each little blue bird to
sing out loud and say
A friend there is who’s hoping,
you’ll get better right away.
Hand printed on my 1909 Chandler Price Press in shades of blue and brown, each card is shipped with envelope and comes sealed in a cellophane sleeve for protection.
