I only have eyes for this card: Don’t tell the others, but I think he’s my favorite! I loved the idea when I came up with it, (You Big SPUD -ha!) I laughed when I drew him (Look at that squared off jaw!), I was still loving it when I was printing (he’s got a dimple in his chin!), and still laughing when I packaged them in their individual clear protective sleeve. (The eyes! Look at those eyes!)
This Hunky Spud is an original illustration of mine, letterpress printed by hand on my 100 year old Chandler & Price platen press. Printed on high quality 100% cotton Cranes Lettra stock in Spudly Brown and Passionate Purple. Served with a 100% recycled brown bag envelope.
